花小金井商栄会は西武新宿線の花小金井駅周辺に位置している商店街です。戦後に花小金井という駅が出来るとともに数件の商店が集まり創立されました。それが現在の私ども花小金井商栄会の誕生であり50年あまりの歴史があります。所在的には東京都小平市の最東部ということで小平市の玄関口となっております。
