銀座3丁目と4丁目に接する松屋通りの商店や企業が通りのイメージアップを目的に組織した会です。
「松屋通り」は、西銀座の銀座教会の脇からサヱグサ本館と教文館ビルの間を通り、中央通りを越えて松屋の脇から築地川の祝橋に至る通りです。銀座3丁目と4丁目の境界になっています。
会は、「銀座にふさわしい街づくり」をスローガンに、街路の美化、イメージアップを目的に活動を続けています。
