東京大神宮通り・飯田橋西口通り商業連合会はJR総武線飯田橋駅の南東部のエリアを範囲とする地域です。縁結びで名高い東京大神宮をはじめ、地域に根差した商店やオフィス、学校などが立ち並びます。
江戸時代には旗本屋敷があり、武家相手の商売も盛んな地域でした。今でも町のそこここに、歴史の標柱が設置されています。
